You can return an unopened order right away by simply writing "return to sender" on the shipping label and putting the package back in your mailbox or directly to your postal worker. Please do so within 30 days of purchase. That way the post office will bring it back to us and we can refund you the cost of the sauce!

If the outer packaging has already been removed but the sauce is unopened, please pack the sauce up as best you can and ask your local post office for help with a flat-rate package.
